I was moving from Illinois and I was nothing but a pain who constantly worried about everything. She never complained and was always there with a solution. She was courteous, intelligent of the surrounding area and worked her butt off for me. Since I was going to be in Illinois for the final packing and movers the day I was to gain access to the apartment, Jenny offered to assist by going to the community to provide them with the necessary paperwork and pick up my keys. She then proceeded to check out the apartment and provide me with a video. Jenny also overnighted my keys to me so that when I arrived over the weekend, everything was set and ready to go. I didnt need to worry about the leasing office being open or stressing myself about not getting there in time. Jenny is an asset to your company and should be commended for his over the top attitude and helpfulness to assure I had no problems. While the offer came quickly, there were several obstacles to get to closing. Jenny was there every step of the way with excellent communication. I fully trusted having the deal in her hands and doubt we would have made it to closing if it weren't for her efforts. 5/23/22

Jenny never once pressured us into buying a home we weren’t comfortable buying. That being said this makes her the best real estate agent we have ever dealt with. Her goal was to find us our dream home. I can’t even explain how appreciative my boyfriend and I are of her and how happy we were to have her on our journey! She was so patient with us when we would panic and blow her up about new houses we found on the market!! We went through so much with our search and had such bad luck with contracting different houses but she was there for us every step of the way. Someone who knows the area, someone who takes a little time to get to know you and what you are looking for (and not looking for), can help you navigate the process of making an offer and finally, someone who can answer (or get the answers to) your questions about literally any and everything. What I don’t think most people think to look for (like me) and hopefully get lucky like we did is someone that keeps your interest in mind when things don’t go “swimmingly” during the process. An agent (like Jenny) who will make sure that you are covered under strange circumstances, someone whose team is well versed and able to handle unique situations. Jenny did a fantastic job of helping us find the right home, was very personable and had no problems showing us as many homes as we needed to find the right one for us. We knew very much what we were looking for and walked in several homes and didn’t make it past the entrance. Once we found our home there were some complications that took Jenny and her team extra time and effort to make sure our purchase went through and also that we were protected during the process. It would be easy for me to recommend Jenny to anyone looking to find a home in our area she is fantastic. 10/12/22
