Jenny went above and beyond for me. I was moving from Illinois and I was nothing but a pain who
constantly worried about everything. She never complained and was always there with a solution. She
was courteous, intelligent of the surrounding area and worked her butt off for me. Since I was going to
be in Illinois for the final packing and movers the day I was to gain access to the apartment, Jenny offered
to assist by going to the community to provide them with the necessary paperwork and pick up my keys.
She then proceeded to check out the apartment and provide me with a video. Jenny also overnighted my
keys to me so that when I arrived over the weekend, everything was set and ready to go. I didnt need to
worry about the leasing office being open or stressing myself about not getting there in time. Jenny is an
asset to your company and should be commended for his over the top attitude and helpfulness to
assure I had no problems. I would highly recommend Jenny Dabbs to others looking to sell their property

I feel like we all look for much of the same thing when searching for a real estate agent. Someone who knows the area, someone who takes a little time to get to know you and what you are looking for (and not looking for), can help you navigate the process of making an offer and finally, someone who can answer (or get the answers to) your questions about literally any and everything. What I don’t think most people think to look for (like me) and hopefully get lucky like we did is someone that keeps your interest in mind when things don’t go “swimmingly” during the process. An agent (like Jenny) who will make sure that you are covered under strange circumstances, someone whose team is well versed and able to handle unique situations. Jenny did a fantastic job of helping us find
the right home, was very personable and had no problems showing us as many homes as we needed to find the right one for us. We knew very much what we were looking for and walked in several homes and didn’t make it past the entrance. Once we found our home there were some complications that took Jenny and her team extra time and effort to make sure our purchase went through and also that we were protected during the process. I’ll start by saying Jenny represented us on our new home purchase that took over a year and 3 homes that fell through based on us backing out as well as our recent sell of our existing property. Jenny never once pressured us into buying a home we weren’t comfortable buying. That being said this makes her the best real estate agent we have ever dealt with. Meet Jenny Dabbs
As a world traveling, married, mother of two, Jenny can relate to a wide range of clients. But truth be told, Jenny is so much more - she's a marketer, a connector, a negotiator, a facilitator, a referrer, a last-minute problem solver, a hand holder, a shoulder to lean on and a friend to celebrate with. Jenny’s goal is to match her clients with a property that suits their hearts and budgets! Relocating several times, nationally and internationally, has afforded Jenny a sensitivity towards her client's journey which has helped her to earn their loyalty and enables her to become their trusted advisor.
How Jenny Impacts the Community
Jenny is a North Carolina native who, after graduating from UNC-W, moved to Portland, OR and then back east to Savannah, GA. She has always wanted to serve her country and knew the Peace Corps was where she could make the greatest impact. Jenny was stationed just outside Cochabamba, Bolivia and saw much of South America while she was stationed south of the equator. Now a long-time resident of Cabarrus County, taking full benefit of living in downtown Concord, Jenny is currently navigating her two children through the Cabarrus County school system, serving on several non-profit boards and committees, and participating in extracurricular organizations. Through her work, travels and volunteering Jenny has gained a full understanding of the diverse needs of the community. Some of the organizations Jenny has volunteered to serve on are:
